Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Employment Duration: Temporary - Month of March (Full-time); may be extended

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to support production. The operator will run pre-set CNC programs to produce the same parts consistently each day. Machine setup will be handled by our team-your focus will be on safe, accurate, and efficient machine operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, routine work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to quality and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Operate a CNC router following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Run pre-programmed jobs to produce identical parts daily.
  • Monitor machine performance and finished parts for accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform basic machine checks and communicate any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company policies, guidelines, and production schedules.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience operating CNC equipment or machinery.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
